RAY NAGAR

Ray Nagar, located in Solapur, has been approved under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY) Urban scheme.

It aims to provide affordable housing to the urban poor. This housing project is set to be the world’s largest affordable housing project.
The construction technology being used for this project is Monolithic Construction Technology with Aluminium Shuttering, which is known for its efficiency and speed in constructing buildings. The project aims to deliver the first 15000 houses by November 2023.
In addition to the housing units, the infrastructure of Ray Nagar will include rainwater harvesting, CC road, stormwater drains, water supply, water treatment plant (WTP), elevated service reservoir/ground service reservoir (ESR/GSR), sewerage, sewage treatment plant (STP), external electrification, street lights, and solid waste bins.
Overall, Ray Nagar is a Impactful project that is set to transform the lives of many urban poor families by providing them with affordable and quality housing along with necessary infrastructure.

RASHTRATEJ ATAL

Rashtratej Atal CHS , located in limit of Solapur Municipal Corporation. It is a housing project that aims to provide affordable housing to the urban poor.
The project is approved under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY) urban scheme. The project will consist of construction of 1200 Economically Weaker Section (EWS) units and 1200 Low Income Group (LIG) units.
This mix use township is spread over 50 acers and has all important amenities such as school, hospital, commercial complex planned into it.
The Rashtratej Atal project aims to provide quality housing to the urban poor at an affordable price. Majority of the beneficiaries under this scheme are contraction workers.The project will be constructed with modern construction technology and will include essential infrastructure such as water supply, sewerage, street lights, and solid waste management. The project will provide a sustainable and modern living environment to the residents of Solapur.
Overall, Rashtratej Atal is an essential project that will help address the housing needs of the urban poor in Solapur and provide them with an opportunity to live in a decent and affordable home.

ASHTI SUGAR LTD

The project was at Ashti, Mohal, Solapur included the construction of machinery foundations, a water treatment plant (WTP), an effluent treatment plant (ETP), a main factory building, an admin building, a store building, and a sugar godown.
The plant has a capacity of 2500MT per Day

This was a time-critical project, and major work was carried out during the COVID-19 pandemic while following all safety protocols. Despite the challenges, the work was completed before the crushing season, allowing the client to get the maximum benefit.

SHIRBHAVI & 81 VILLAGES REGIONAL WATER SUPPLY SCHEME

The Shirbhavi & 81 Villages Regional Water Supply Scheme is part of the Jal Jeevan Mission initiative, which is one of the flagship schemes of the Government of India with the agenda of “Har Ghar Jal” or water to every household.
The project involves laying approximately 600 km of water lines in Shirbhavi and 81 surrounding villages. Additionally, the scope of work includes the construction of a water treatment plant (WTP) with a capacity of 18 million liters per day (MLD).

This project aims to provide clean drinking water to the region and improve the quality of life for the people living there.

SAHASTRARJUN

AHPL is currently undertaking the construction of 36 Anganwadi centres in Ray Nagar Kumbhari. The project, with an approximate tender cost of 3.35 Cr, is progressing smoothly.
